Before you choose Fuel System
Size the fuel system from target power, fuel type, base pressure, boost, and a sensible injector duty cycle. Pumps and injectors also need the correct electrical support and calibration data; flow rating alone does not make a complete setup.
Size from the real target
Power, fuel type, boost, base pressure, cylinder count, and duty-cycle margin determine injector and pump needs.
Flow changes with pressure
Pump volume falls as pressure rises, while different fuels change the volume and material compatibility the system requires.
Plan fuel and electrical together
Confirm injector data, pump current, wiring, controller, lines, filter, regulator, rail, fittings, return strategy, and calibration.
