Shipping & Returns
Review the terms that apply before ordering. Product-specific availability, processing, returnability, and warranty details take precedence when they are shown before purchase.
Order Processing
A product explicitly confirmed as ready to ship is typically processed within 1–3 business days. Supplier-fulfilled, special-order, and backordered items may take longer. The product-page estimate controls when one is shown.
Processing begins after an order is accepted and is separate from carrier transit. Processing and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Items may ship from different manufacturers, distributors, or locations, so one order can arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
Availability
Ready to ship means availability and the normal processing window were explicitly confirmed. Supplier available, special order, and backordered are shown only when a merchant-controlled product or variant status supports that label. When availability is not confirmed, contact Renegade Racing before ordering; the storefront does not treat Shopify's purchasable flag alone as supplier-stock proof.

- Special order — ordered specifically for the customer; lead time and any return restriction must be disclosed before purchase.
- Backordered — explicitly identified as out of stock while orders are still accepted; contact us if timing is important.
- Availability not confirmed — contact-only; Add to Cart remains unavailable until the status is verified.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Free Shipping on orders $199.99+. The merchandise subtotal must be at least $199.99 after discounts and before tax. The promotion applies to Standard Shipping only; Express Shipping remains $15. Freight, oversized, excluded products, or unsupported destinations may not qualify. Checkout displays the methods available for the entered address and cart.
Standard Shipping is $8 for orders below the $199.99 qualifying subtotal. Standard Shipping is free when the qualifying subtotal is $199.99 or more.
Express Shipping is $15 at every order value and is not included in the free-shipping promotion. Checkout displays the methods available for the entered address and cart.
Tracking is sent after the carrier accepts a shipment. Carrier, weather, address, customs, and other events outside our control can affect transit after handoff.
Online-Only Operations
Renegade Racing is an online-only business based in Utah. We do not currently operate a public retail storefront, pickup counter, or walk-in return counter.
Do not send a return to a business or supplier address found elsewhere. The correct return destination is provided only after written return authorization.
Fitment & Compatibility
Saving a vehicle provides context for fitment support. It does not make the unfiltered catalog compatible with that vehicle.
Renegade Racing does not currently offer a blanket fitment guarantee. Confirm the exact manufacturer part number against the manufacturer's application for the vehicle year, make, model, trim, engine, transmission, drivetrain, market, and relevant modifications.
Contact us before ordering when application data is missing or uncertain. Support guidance is based on the information supplied and does not replace manufacturer instructions or professional inspection.
Return Eligibility
Request return authorization within 30 calendar days of delivery. An eligible item must be unused, uninstalled, complete, in its original undamaged packaging, and free of installation, test-fit, or modification marks.
Installed, used, modified, damaged, incomplete, or test-fitted products are not eligible unless the return concerns a defect that could only reasonably be discovered during installation and is accepted through the review process.
A special-order, custom, final-sale, electronic, or manufacturer-restricted item is nonreturnable only when that restriction was clearly disclosed before purchase or when applicable law allows the restriction.
Return Shipping & Fees
Renegade Racing pays return shipping for a damaged, defective, or incorrect shipment. The customer pays return shipping for change of mind, an incorrectly selected application, or another customer-choice return. Original outbound shipping is nonrefundable except for a Renegade Racing error or when required by law. Renegade Racing does not impose an undisclosed discretionary restocking fee. A product-specific fee applies only when its exact amount and conditions were shown on the product page and in the cart before purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Submit a return request within 5 business days of delivery and include the order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. Keep all packaging while the case is reviewed.
Renegade Racing pays approved return or replacement shipping when the shipment was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Authorization & Refunds
Do not ship a product back until written authorization and the correct return address are provided. An online submission creates a review case; it does not automatically approve a return or create a label.
After an authorized return is received and inspected, Renegade Racing will notify the customer of the decision. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection; financial-institution processing time is separate.
Manufacturer Warranty
Manufacturer warranty coverage, if any, is specific to the exact product and application. Renegade Racing may help route a claim but does not expand, replace, or guarantee a manufacturer's coverage.
