Before you choose Drivetrain
Torque capacity is only half the decision. Pedal effort, engagement, flywheel mass, differential behavior, shifter feel, and axle strength determine whether the setup works on the street as well as it does during a hard pull.
Use torque and driving style
A daily driver, drag launch, road course, and high-power street car need different clutch, differential, axle, and shifter behavior.
Capacity changes manners
More clamp load, aggressive disc material, lighter flywheels, and tighter differentials can add effort, noise, vibration, or abrupt engagement.
Match every interface
Check transmission, spline, clutch diameter, flywheel, release parts, differential bearings, axle geometry, fluid, and installation hardware.
