Before you choose Cooling

Cooling parts solve different temperature problems. A radiator manages coolant, an oil cooler manages oil, and fans matter most when road speed is low; adding the biggest core is not automatically better if it blocks airflow through the rest of the stack.

Know which temperature is high

Coolant, oil, intake air, and transmission fluid are separate problems. Use real temperature data before adding parts.

More core can mean less airflow

A thicker or denser heat exchanger can restrict the radiator, condenser, intercooler, or oil cooler stacked behind it.

Check the entire airflow path

Confirm core space, ducting, fans, shrouds, hoses, caps, thermostat, wiring, and how air enters and exits the engine bay.
